WVDBE Supportive Services PROGRAM General Information

This program, made possible through an agreement with the West Virginia Department of Transportation (WVDOT), will provide Training, Counseling, Technical assistance and  Support to West Virginia's Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (women- and minority-owned) wanting greater expertise about the process to secure Federal Highway Administration-aided contracts and subcontracts.

WVDBE Supportive Services PROGRAM Mission

The mission of the DBE Supportive Services Program is to provide training and consulting services to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's) enabling them to acquire the proficiency, expertise, and experience necessary to compete, on an equal basis, with non-DBE's for WVDOT federally assisted highway contracts and subcontracts.
