The DBE/SS Center provides a number of different services that if implemented can be a great value towards the 55 Contractors and 73 Consultant firms currently involved in the state of West Virginia and surrounding states. Lists of the services we provide are as follows:

• Bid Preparation – To help in the process of preparing a budget plan for contracted jobs accurately and cost efficient. 
• Accounting & Bookkeeping – Showing effective ways of maintaining corporate financial statements and employee records.
• Engineering Cost Estimating & Plan Reading – Taking an account of all costs involved in the contract and compiling the figures such as; man hours, time, and equipment expenditures.
• Bonding & Financial Requirements – Choosing the correct and proper insurance needed to complete the contracted job tasks and or fields.
• Computer Training – Basic knowledge of computing skills from: Windows XP, Word, or Excel usage.
• Tax Preparation – Support with the accumulations of statements and payable hours that are worked needed to be accounted and processed.
